My husband & I recently purchased a home which we are renting out as a vacation rental. We purchased and installed the HSRS in June, 2011 and were pleased to discover an immediate savings in our electric bills. The system has been extremely reliable with no false detections. My husband and I recently purchased the HVAC shutoff system from Ken at Kadtronix, and we couldn't be happier and more impressed with the system and also with the service we received from Ken. We bought the system for a new vacation rental condo on the beach in the Cayman Islands and as the cost of power in Cayman is so high we were really concerned that we may incur high utility bills due to renters leaving doors and windows open when the air conditioning system was running. Ken was fantastic and was happy to speak with us when we had questions regarding installation and since we had the system installed it has worked extremely well. We would highly recommend the system and Kadtronix. We have used the Employee Attendance System since 2006. As a hospice organization with 100+ employees, it is vital that we easily identify the whereabouts of our employees. Personnel use a wall-mounted terminal to enter their in/out status. Using network application software, our staff can then quickly identify whether an individual is in or out of the building. The system has been easy to use and very reliable. I just wanted to say that I'm very pleased with the GabStopper. As a deaf person that is teaching sign language to my students, it is a frustrating challenge for me to constantly monitor the students' talking. Far too much class time is wasted with classroom management. However, with the GabStopper, every single one of my classes has earned a score of 100% of no talking with GabStopper. Now, this might be a novelty that may wear off after a while, but the fact that ALL of my classes hit 100% even once is just amazing to me. The GabStopper is truly one of the very best pieces of software I have ever purchased for use in the classroom. It is just amazing how quickly students will quiet down.
